Our solution for the digital student ID card

Issuing via HEIDI is based on the respective wallet of the end device, which ensures seamless integration into existing technologies. The cloud services required for this are provided and operated by ANA-U, which guarantees maximum availability and security. A particular advantage of HEIDI is that all sensitive data remains completely within your organization. The electronic passports are created exclusively on the basis of your organization’s ID information. Only the data absolutely necessary for the respective purpose is used, ensuring the highest level of data protection and data sovereignty.

Issuance and process:

The issuing process can be flexible: Either parallel to the creation of the physical card or at any time afterwards via the ANA-U self-service terminals. Whether library card, student ID card or canteen ticket – the digital passes can be individually adapted and optimally tailored to the requirements of your processes. The HEIDI ID card presented forms the basis for further processing. The ANA-U readers automatically recognize the appropriate ID card, read the relevant information and extract the required ID. This is then seamlessly transferred to downstream systems such as student databases, time recording systems or library software. In addition, compatibility with existing access solutions is checked individually to ensure smooth integration.
